I start my day with Energize 30 min pre workout and depending on the workout have Recover within 30min of working out.

Breakfast (M/W/F): Blueberry Orange Granola   w/ yogurt and fruit 1R 1P 1Y
Breakfast (T/Th): Breakfast Flat Out – 2 Eggs cooked like an omelette, nitrate free canadian bacon, spinach, and avocado w/ fruit 1R 1P 0.5B 1Y

Morning Snack (M/W/F): Orange Sunrise : 8 oz coconut water, 1 cup frozen carrots, 1/2 cup frozen oranges, orange zest, 1/2 tsp orange extract 1G 1R 0.5P
Morning Snack (T/Th): Key Lime Shakeology 1G 1P 1R 0.5Y

Lunch (M/W/F): Mango Lime Dressing Steak Salad 2G 1R 1P 0.5B 1O
Lunch (T/Th): Kale & Barley Salad with a Honey Lime Vinegrette  1G 0.5B 1Y

Afternoon Snack (M/T/W/Th/F): Greek Yogurt w/ coconut

Dinner (M): Sheet Pan Lemon Pepper Salmon & Garlic Parmesan Asparagus w/ Asparagus 1R 1G 0.5B
Dinner (T): Thai Basil Chicken w/ Cauliflower Fried Rice 1G 1R 1tsp – using honey vs brown sugar
Dinner (W): Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Chicken and Veggies – Trying this out and using honey vs brown sugar, and carrots vs regular potatoes 1R 1G
