Body Beast Hybrid Week Six Meal Plan

I start my day with Energize 30 min pre workout and depending on the workout have Recover within 30min of working out.

It’s the week after Easter and we have a lot of eggs. So this week’s meal plan is trying to make recipes and meals that utilize stuff we already have… EGGS!

Breakfast (M/W/F): Hard Boiled Egg Avocado Toast  w/ fruit fruit 1B 1R 1P 1Y
Breakfast (T/Th): Egg White Sushi & Fruit, 1R 1P 1B
1 tsp olive oil in an omelette pan. Heat pan to med high heat. Add 1/2 cup liquid egg whites and cook. Flip like a pancake to cook the other side till texture is firm enough to roll. Lay on cutting board and top with ham or bacon, avocado, and salsa. Roll like a burrito and slice into sushi pinwheels.

Morning Snack (M/W/F): Pina Colada Shakeology 1G 1R 0.5P 0.5Y
Morning Snack (T/Th): Dirty Monkey Shakeology 1G 1P 1R 0.5Y

Lunch (M/W): Low Carb BLT 1.5G 1R 1O
Lunch (T/Th): Honey Mustard Chicken Salad – adding arugula 1.5R 1G 0.5Y
Lunch (F): Leftover Salmon and Green beans 1G 1R 1tsp

Afternoon Snack (M/T/W/Th/F): Greek Yogurt w/ coconut and sunflower seeds

Dinner (M): Asian Salmon Salad w/ Asparagus 1R 1G
Dinner (T): Lemon Shrimp & Asparagus Sheet Pan 1G 1R 1tsp – using coconut oil vs butter, lemon zest, and lemon pepper vs the McCormick seasoning
Dinner (W): Beef & Broccoli with Cauliflower Fried Rice 1R 1.5G  0.5B
Cauliflower Fried Rice – 1 head cauliflower chopped finely (I used a bag of cauliflower fried rice mixture found in produce section) sautéed with 1 tsp sesame oil. Cook over medium high heat for 5 to 6 min. Create hole in middle of cauliflower. Whisk 2 eggs and pour into hole. Allow eggs to cook and then gradually mix into cauliflower mixture.
