I start my day with Energize 30 min pre workout and depending on the workout have Recover within 30min of working out.

Breakfast (M/W/F): Goat Cheese, Tomato, Parsley Scramble w/ fruit fruit 1G 1R 1P o.5Y
Breakfast (T/Th): Tex-Mex Breakfast Scramble & Fruit, 0.5R 1P 0.5Y 0.5B

Morning Snack (M/W/F): Pina Colada Shakeology 1G 1R 0.5P 0.5Y
Morning Snack (T/Th): Chocolate Shakeology & RX Bar 1G 1P 2R 0.5Y 1B

Lunch (M/W): Chicken Tortilla Soup 2G 1.5R 1Y 0.5B
Lunch (T/Th): Shrimp Tabbouleh Salad 1R 1G
Cauliflower Rice Tabbouleh. Finely chop (or pulse in a food processor) 1 cup cauliflower florets, until they resemble couscous. Place cauliflower in a large bowl and add ½ chopped tomato, ½ cup chopped cucumber, ¼ cup chopped onion, ½–¾ cup chopped parsley, 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, 3 tsp. olive oil, Himalayan salt to taste, and chili flakes to taste (optional). Stir to combine. Divide evenly between three food storage containers and place in refrigerator. (This recipe can also be made with cooked cauliflower rice if preferred. Cook finely chopped cauliflower in a nonstick pan over medium heat 5 minutes. Allow to cool before mixing with other ingredients.)
Lunch (F): Leftover Salmon-Honey Teriyaki w/ Thai Kale Salad 1G 1R 1tsp

Afternoon Snack (M/T/W/Th/F): Sliced Apple w/ Almond Butter

Grilling my Fish and Shrimp over the weekend and making my dressing and will just put protein over slaw mixture and top with dressing since the hubs is out of town.
