This Week’s Meal Prep Menu – Zach is traveling for a couple of days so I am doing meal plan for just me and the kiddos.

I start my day with Energize 30 min pre workout and depending on the workout have Recover within 30min of working out.

Breakfast (M/W/F): Egg, Tomato, Parsley, Goat Cheese Scramble w/ Toast & Almond Butter 1G 1R 1Y 0.5B 1tsp

Italian Seasoning for Chicken:
Mix together the following ingredients, coat chicken, allow to marinate 4-6 hrs or overnight.
4 Tbsp dried parsley
4 tsp dried onion flakes
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp ground oregano
1 tsp group thyme
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp red wine vinegar
