One of my goals in being a coach is personal development. As a wife, mom, and working in the corporate world I usually read things having to do with being a better wife, mom, or business woman. Very rarely, if ever do I read a book that is for me and about me. In working toward my goal of being a coach I have enjoyed making my own personal development a priority. It is one of the vital behaviors of being a coach with Beachbody. I love that I am becoming stronger from the inside out. Not only working on eating better & fitness, but becoming healthier and stronger mentally and spiritually. Part of living a healthy life is personal development and I love who I am becoming through my journey.
Take time for your own personal development whether it is a book, podcast, or just time to reflect inward. I know it can be tough to find the time, but will be well worth it.
