Salsa Verde

This salsa verde is delicious over Chicken Enchilada, Tostadas, and Chilaquiles.

Salsa Verde

Serves 4, 37 Calories per serving

Ingredients:

1 pound tomatillos, papery husks removed
1 jalapeño, seeded
1 cup fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice

Directions:

In a food processor, pulse the tomatillos, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and ½ teaspoon salt until finely chopped.
